how Does this work?

We all gather via zoom at 4pm.  I’ll share a few thoughts on the theme of the day and guide us through a brief exercise to connect with our bodies.  We’ll share a moment of reflection to each identify our intention for the day and share (if you desire) in the chat.  Then we all log off for our individual self-pleasure sessions.  At 4:50pm, we all log back in to share a brief closing.  Please note: clothing IS required during our time together on zoom.

what are the daily themes?

Day 1: “Showing Up” Prioritizing pleasure is a radical (and vulnerable) act!  Just by showing up, you’ve won the day.  Today’s practice is an opportunity to keep showing up for yourself by noticing your habits, your distractions, the sounds you make, the ways you breathe, your movements, your fantasies…whatever shows up in your baseline self-pleasure session.

Day 2: Breath I’ll offer 3 specific breath practices (erotic experiments, if you will) from which you can choose to explore in your session. Or bring your own favorite breath practice!

Day 3: Sound I’ll offer 3 specific sound practices from which you can choose explore in your session. Or bring your own favorite sound practice!

Day 4: Movement I’ll offer 3 specific movement practices from which you can choose to explore in your session. Or bring your own favorite movement practice!

Day 5: Choose Your Own Adventure This is your opportunity to play with that thing you’ve always been a bit curious about, but haven’t quite gotten around to trying.  Maybe that’s anal touch or diving into a fantasy you’ve not yet given yourself permission to explore.  Maybe it’s a new sex toy or masturbating in front of a mirror.  Whatever erotic curiosity has been tugging at you, today is your opportunity to check it out!

why do this?

Why the hell not.

Also, pandemic.  Stay at home.  Physical distancing.  I don’t know about you, but I could use a week-long love affair right now and other humans are currently unavailable so it looks like it’s gonna have to be with me.

Also, masturbation is good for you.  Research indicates that 1-3 orgasms per week can reduce your risk for mild to moderate depression by 30% and that masturbation can boost immune response.  Those are great health benefits anytime, and, uh, pandemic, so, yes please!
